Serving communities across the entire country
Lives positively impacted through our initiatives
Successfully implemented projects nationwide
We envisage an empowered society where all persons irrespective of their race, gender, age or state of disability, are well informed, and have the needed capacity to positively influence their health determinants.
We exist to promote public health through health literacy capacity building, advocacy for social equity and community development interventions.
Our services are not-for-profit. We drive community-health and development agenda even to the remotest parts. We spearhead programmes and projects in collaboration with philanthropies, government and private sector organizations, local and international development partners to reach out to communities via context specific strategies. Our strategies are aimed at promoting the health of children, women, young adults and the aged.
Transforming communities through impactful initiatives.
Our food and nutrition projects were community based. We taught parents how to cook nutritious foods. We also learnt what food means to different cultures.
We played frontline roles in the fight against COVID-19, meningitis, rabbies, and other disease outbreaks. We conducted risk communication, community engagement, and facilitated case referrals to health facilities.
We developed one of the most exciting reading programmes for basic school children in 5 regions of Ghana. Our young stars are now excelling in reading and comprehension.
Small-scale business enterprises are at the core of our mandate. This project focused on building the capacity of traders, livestock, and crop farmers on financial literacy and increasing yield.
We helped families determine when to have children with convenient intervals. Our family planning interventions targeted youth and new couples, increasing family planning acceptor rates.
Our water and sanitation projects targeted communities practicing open defecation. We provided 49 mechanized boreholes and 88 improved facilities.
We give our best to society. Some of our beneficiaries have volunteered to share their stories with the world.
